Return & Refund Policy

At BlackMirrorBeauty.com, we prioritize product quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. Due to the personal nature of beauty and cosmetic products, we follow a strict No Return, No Refund policy under most circumstances. Please read the policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns

We do not accept returns for any products due to hygiene and safety concerns, unless the product received is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect item sent

In such cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.


Refunds & Replacements

We offer replacements only, not refunds, for eligible cases. A refund will be considered only if the product is out of stock and cannot be replaced.

To initiate a replacement:

  1. Email us at support@blackmirrorbeauty.com

  2. Include your order number and clear photos or video of the unboxing showing the issue

  3. Ensure all original packaging is retained for verification

After review, if your claim is approved, we will dispatch a replacement product within 5–7 working days.


Non-Eligible Cases

We will not offer replacements or refunds in the following scenarios:

  • Change of mind

  • Allergy or skin reaction (please patch test before use)

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by courier services


Cancellation

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after dispatch. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, contact us immediately to request cancellation.


Important Notes

  • All claims must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product

  • Products must be unused and sealed if returned for any reason (only applicable in rare authorized return cases)

  • BlackMirrorBeauty reserves the right to reject replacement requests that do not meet our policy terms
